With 12+ years of experience and a track record that includes leading major volunteering initiatives at the University of West London, co-founding SPEAK London, and delivering international Erasmus+ trainings, Mariana brings a unique blend of creativity, structure, and global perspective to every project

My Story
The Curious Path began with a simple observation: traditional learning often fails to engage, inspire, or create lasting change. I saw talented facilitators delivering programmes that ticked boxes but didn’t transform.
I knew there had to be a better way, one that honoured both the art and science of learning, that respected learners as whole human beings, and that created experiences worth remembering.
Today, I partner with universities, social enterprises, and purpose-driven organisations around the world. I bring expertise in learning design, facilitation, game mechanics, and systems thinking to create programmes that don’t just teach, they transform.
